Event Terms & Conditions

Entry Requirements

• Valid ticket required for entry
• All attendees may be required to present valid ID
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry

Age Policy

• Strictly 18+ event
• No ID = No entry

Tickets & Refunds

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
• Tickets are strictly non-transferable
• In the event of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date

Security & Safety

• Security checks will be carried out at entry
• Prohibited items may be confiscated
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
• Prohibited items include: illegal drugs or substances, firearms, weapons, outside food and beverages, and any other items deemed dangerous during security checks
• Any criminal activity (including theft or pick-pocketing) may result in detention by security and handover to law enforcement

Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully
• Anti-social, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund
• Zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, abuse, or threatening behaviour
• Entry and continued presence is subject to capacity, safety, and security considerations

Liability

• Attendees enter at their own risk
• CULTUR FM is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or any indirect or consequential loss

Photography & Media

• This event will be photographed, filmed, and recorded
• By attending, you consent to being filmed and photographed
• Content may be used for promotional purposes by CFM

Event Changes

CULTUR FM reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or terminate the event or any part of it due to safety, weather, security concerns, or circumstances beyond their control.

Data Protection

Images, audio, or video recordings may constitute personal data under the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya) and may be processed for documentation, promotion, safety, and security.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

CULTUR FM reserves the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction for enforcement purposes.
